Dinablend© PC/ASA copolymer offer high resistance to UV radiation, combined with high resistance to heat. These materials are designed for injection and are mainly used for both exterior and interior parts in the automotive sector.
Dinablend© PC/ASA resins are among the materials with a higher outdoor durability within the UBE Composites catalogue of products, since they offer exceptional durability for paint-free, outdoor conditions.
In the PBT/ASA blend compounds, the mechanical behaviour and the high chemical resistance associated to the PBT semi-crystalline structure is complemented by the excellent weather-resistance and the great surface finish of the ASA, achieving high dimensionally stable compounds with lower density than the ones based solely in PBT polymer.
PC/ABS Dinablend combines the tenacity and the great heat resistance from the PC and adds the ease of process from the ABS. The result is a blend with high impact resistance (even at low temperatures), better UV resistance and dimensional stability, and great aesthetic finish.
