UBE has extensive knowledge in polymer chemistry as a chemical company with long history, UBE infuses its N2 separator with our latest polyimide technologies and produces from a monomer for polymerizing polyimide as the fiber membrane material.

How it works

Air on the earth contains 78% Nitrogen and 21% Oxygen, We can obtain enriched Nitrogen from the air surrounding you by using UBE’s N2 Separator.

UBE N₂ Separator contains hollow fiber membranes. H₂O, O₂, CO₂ permeate faster than N₂. By flowing compressed air into the hollow fiber membrane, such highly permeable molecules go though the membrane first, and slowly permeable molecule, N₂, then remains at the Product gas side. The product gas can be N₂ purified up to 99.9% and very dried (low-dew point).
