ETERNALAST® series are polycarbonate-based TPU grades for injection and extrusion processes, offering high-performing mechanical properties and exceptional retention of original properties under extreme working conditions.
These polycarbonate-based TPU series provide wear and abrasion resistance, as well as a good compression set, high tear strength. Further, they provide an excellent stability against chemicals, solvents, oils, and others; oxidation stability against UV radiation and extremely high temperatures; as well as outstanding weatherabilty.
The complete product line of ETERNALAST® TPU covers a wide range of physical, mechanical, and optical properties, including melting points, crystallization temperatures, hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, abrasion resistance, tear strength, rebound, and compression set.
In injection processes, these grades can be used to produce technical parts, seals & gaskets, sporting goods, wheels, among others… with excellent surface finishing. For extrusion, ETERNALAST® can be used to produce low diameter pipes, tubes and cables, also films and flat profiles.
