UBE will lead the project “Development of higher performance Polyurethane foams, based on polycarbonate polyols.-CARBESPOL

UBE Corporation Europe has in Castellon (Spain) one of the world’s largest production sites of polycarbonate diols. UBE Polycarbonate diol ETERNACOLL® technology enables the formulation of unique, customizable polyurethane elastomers, which offer long lasting performance even after exposure to extreme environments, due to their greater stability, based on lower chemical reactivity, allowing polyurethane to retain its initial properties over time.

UBE will lead the project for development of higher performance Polyurethane foams, based on polycarbonate polyols, which will receive financial support of Spain’s Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness, through the 2016 Retos program, and is co-financed by the European Union’s structural funds.
